Name: Carter Johnathan Smith
Origin: Papa-T-41's Pocahontas/Kingdom Hearts Fan Character
Voice Actor: Josh Keaton
Bio: Carter is the teenage son of Pocahontas and John Smith, and Jaqulin Strife's boyfriend. Despite his laid-back and friendly demeanor, he'll stand up to defend his friends in an instant. Much like Jaq, he also wields the power of the Keyblade, and a good array of magic to go with it.

Hold Forward + Heavy: Reaching Slash
Carter swings his Keyblade forward to let loose a slash of energy. The longer you hold the Heavy button down, the wider the slash becomes; charging it, however, leaves you vulnerable for attacks, so only use this when you have space between Carter and the opponent.
Down-Forward + Medium: Low Magic Burst
Carter uses his Keyblade to summon a quick burst of energy. This is Carter's main go-to OTG, as it comes out almost as quickly as Wesker's Low Samurai's Edge.
Quarter Circle Forward + Attack: Strike Raid
Carter flings his Keyblade forward at an opponent, then it boomerangs back after scoring a few hits. The startup is not as slow as Trish's Round Trip, but not as fast as Captain America's Shield Slash, either. It's a good zoning tool for Carter to use; the button pressed determines the properties of the Strike Raid:
~Light is the Freeze Raid, which freezes opponents in place for a short time.
~Medium is the Spark Raid, which causes a soft knockdown state.
~Heavy is the FIre Raid, which causes a hard knockdown state.
Quarter Circle Back + Attack: Confusion Strike
Carter spins forward once and attacks the opponent with a quick strike of the Keyblade. The startup is fast, and it cause a stun state on hit, but its downside is its recovery, making it difficult to combo afterward.
Dragon Punch Motion + Attack: Windcutter
Carter uses his Keyblade to summon a powerful whirlwind around himself. The startup and recovery are both average at best, but the move is an amazing anti-air to stop jumpers from getting inside. It also negates certain projectiles. It's only downside is that none of the versions last too long; not even the heavy version, which is the longest-lasting of the bunch, stays out that long.
Reverse Dragon Punch Motion + Light: Stun Edge
Carter leaps forward and attacks an enemy with his Keyblade, causing a crumple state. Its quick startup time makes it a good combo connector, but its recovery isn't as good as its startup.
Reverse Dragon Punch Motion + Medium: Poison Edge
Similar to the Stun Edge, but the Keyblade posions the opponent on hit, much like Hawkeye's Violent Fizz arrows do. The startup time is a tiny bit slower, but it's still good for combos.
Reverse Dragon Punch Motion + Heavy: Slot Edge
Similar to Stun Edge and Poison Edge, but you can tack on two additional hits if you press the heavy button with good timing. This has the most startup of the Edge moves.
Hold Any Attack: Pearl
Carter can charge a blast of magic similar to Zero with his Hyper Zero Blaster, or Vergil with his Round Trip. Startup and recovery are both excellent, and it's a good means to extend combos.
Quarter Circle Forward + 2x Attack: Geo Impact (Level 1)
Carter leaps into the air, and slams his Keyblade into the ground, kicking up a massive fissure as rocks rise up from the ground. The attack works very much like Haggar's Giant Haggar Press, but the range on the shockwaves that follow is much wider, and can pick off opponents that jump out of the way. The startup is very quick, but the recovery is more suspect, making it unsafe on block.
Quarter Circle Back + 2x Attack: Colors of the Wind (Level 1)
Carter summons a powerful tornado-like wind that OTGs an opponent and batters them. It starts out like Storm's Hailstorm, but the wind wraps itself into a column like Iron Fist's Volcanic Roar. The startup is a hair slower than Volcanic Roar, but the recovery is quick. It's a good super that drags opponents over to you.
Dragon Punch Motion + 2x Attack: Final Form (Level 3)
Carter's level 3 hyper is one where he transforms into the mighty Final Form. For a short time, he gains two Keyblades, his speed increases, and all his normals and specials receive boosts in both power AND speed. However, this transformation hyper has a few drawbacks to it:
~Drive forms in Kingdom Hearts II relied on the power of partners to work, and a penalty to that was that you lost one or both of your party members' services for the duration of the form. Here, it's similar; Carter can't call any assists OR launch into a team hyper combo.
~Carter can't activate X-Factor on the ground or in the air until the form runs out.
