Misadventures in Love

*Outside of a psychiatrist's office, two teens named Buddy and Becca are waiting outside.*

Buddy: Man, I dunno what's been up with Jack the past few days...he's been daydreaming in class, he hardly ate his lunch, and he's never met up with us after school!

Becca: I think I might have an idea of what's up with him. Maybe he's...nah, I probably shouldn't say it.

Buddy: What?! C'mon, tell me!

Becca: You really wanna know?

Buddy: Yeah.

Becca: Well, I think...

*Suddenly, the door swings open and the psychiatrist pokes her head out.*

Psychiatrist: Your friend's in love.

Buddy: DEAR LORD!!! *Faints*

Becca: *Smirks* Mm-hmm, I knew it.

(Hey, hey! You, you! I don't like your girlfriend!
No way! No way! I think you need a new one...)

"Jack Cade was an all-around nice guy..."

Jack: *Sees a girl with a lot of books* Here, lemme help you with those! *Takes some of the books off*

"People always regarded him as the school's own 'Mr. Nice Guy'..."

Principal: Jack Cade is one of the finest examples of positive school classmanship we have!

"But nothing could prepare him for..."

*At a football field, Jack notices an extremely hot-looking girl at cheerleading practice.*

Jack: Ophelia...

*In the halls...*

Buddy: In the words of Hellboy: ohhh, crap.

*Then, the title appears on-screen.*
