Just thought I'd do another quick update...that, and I needed a better excuse to test out my (temporarily) free journal skin use :lmao:.

Okay, so the other big reason I wanted to do this was because there's two story-wise updates I thought I'd put out here for you. One of them has to do with Toon Civil War...or, excuse me, FanFiction Civil War. You might wonder, "Why the name change?" Well, believe it or not, I'm actually gonna break a rule that I set when I first started this story and include video game characters. Reason being, when you think about the premise of the story...whether shows like The Simpsons or Looney Tunes should change their styles to fit with the times or go as they always have...the same case can be applied to most video game series. I mean, you look at franchises like Sonic the Hedgehog, they're barely considered relevant names in gaming because they've lost the way. So with that in mind, I'm going to include characters from various video games. TO give you an idea of what THAT'S gonna be like, all I'll say is this: Sonic is on the Pro-Reg side, while Mario is Anti-Reg. Both are gonna be the righthand men for Mickey and Bugs respectively, kinda like Mr. Fantastic and Luke Cage were to Iron Man and Captain America. There's definately more where they came from, but I'll reveal them some other time; currently I'm working on a Dramatis Personae for the story, which'll include all the major and minor players in the story.

Second off, there's the matter of my Subspace fanmake. Despite what I said about sticking with Bugs and company for the Kirby cast, I'm actually going to go with Bugs as Sonic. Why? Well, obviously, it's because Bugs and Mickey make an excellent marquee matchup. But the other reason is that I came up with another idea for Kirby characters, and I'm actually really surprised I didn't think of it in the first place :O_o:. I won't spoil it for all of you, you just need to find out what it is when I start the story. So I apologize to ~NoLimit5 for not using your suggestion ^^;. Either way, here's hoping you guys'll enjoy the story!

Dig That Crazy New England Weather

Seriously, I know it's been a week since it happened, but we got SNOW up where I live...and I'm STILL freaked out by it :XD:. But hey, that's what happens when you live in one of the most random weather regions in the country. Hopefully we won't get anymore before December.

Anyway, this is gonna be a quick little shot of updates because I've got a wedding party to attend in a few hours ('twill be on a cruise ship going around Boston Harbor; yeah, I'm going in style 8-)).

UPDATE!!! My Sonic situation has been remedied! And the winner is...a surprise ;). Yeah, Bugs and pals are still gonna be the Kirby cast, but the Sonic character's gonna be someone different, and I'm sure none of you will see it coming ;). Thanks to everyone who offered their suggestions, regardless!

Meanwhile, Rise of the Rabid Fanbrats has gotten a grand total of...one update :XD:. Yeah, sorry I couldn't give it a bit more before the end of the month, guys ^^;. It's just that aside from real life stuff, I've also been working on a few other projects, like A Very Wario Christmas (I wanna get a jump on that early so I can TRY to get it done before Christmas). But I'm gonna make up for it in two ways: I'll try to continue the story past Halloween, and I'll do a Thriller one-shot for Halloween. Either way, you'll get something from me for Halloween this year; I've also got a YouTube video ready to go ;).

Everything else is coming along as smooth as it can get, so keep an eye open for all that, too. And...I guess that's it, really. So, I look forward to your suggestions, and I'll see you all later! ;)
